Please let me know if there are any issues of spam, harassment, or general asshattery going on at [community profile] bakerstreet.

Provide evidence if you're speaking against another player. This is not a venue for anonymous bashing just for the fun of it. Such comments will be deleted.

Anon is on, IP logging is off, and comments can be screened at request.

*Mainly because kostinaya is not an active mod anymore and I felt it's better to have a post that I could edit if necessary.

Not a problem, but I was wondering if the mod team had considered creating tags for at least some of the more popular memes that tend to show up on a regular basis.

Sometimes I specifically want a certain meme and it would be really convenient to have an easy way to check when it was last posted. (Also could make it easier for people to check when a meme was last posted to abide by the rules about frequency of posting.)

Like general category tags - such as prompt memes or texting memes or ones that are more specific, say insomnia, sexting, tfln?

Because it's a good suggestion - though non-comm members who post entries won't be able to tag their posts themselves. And not everyone choose to use the tags that are available to the comm.

That doesn't mean we can't add them in after the fact.

I was thinking of specific, but either way could work. Maybe general for ones that have a lot under them, like texting, but specific for ones that aren't as easy to categorize like insomnia meme. Or both. TFLN for example could have tags of texting and tfln.

A mix of both seems best, if a tag system does get implemented.

If there are any in particular you think should be included, feel free to leave more suggestions than the previous examples!

I'm not sure, I'd have to scroll around a lot. Mostly I'm thinking the main ones that cycle through on a regular basis, it would be good to tag for easy finding and pacing.

Off first page for example maybe jailpet, pet person, family?, texting, high school, anon kiss dare, morning after, insomnia...

Might be easiest to just start from 'now' as popular memes get posted and see what tags end up existing.
